Our standard extended warranty option builds upon the basic offering by including the same offer of free repairs and replacements, with the added bonus of three maintenance call-outs per year. The call-outs might include the repair of a faulty part, or the installation of a new replacement part. If you don't have the skills, experience, or time to install spare parts yourself, this might be the option for you. It's designed to deliver a higher level of support at a fraction of the price of a normal service visit.
Enhanced Warranty
For clients who demand the utmost quality and attention to detail, our enhanced warranty program offers a suite of additional services to keep the technology on your course operating to its full potential. This tier includes all the features of the basic warranty options (free repairs & replacements) and goes a step further by incorporating unlimited call-outs, and a six-month service. The service includes a number of proactive maintenance measures, including a full inspection of your technology systems, cleaning of all technology elements on your course, the replacement of any damaged or worn-out components, and adjustments/fine-tuning of all sensors, speakers, and lights. We'll also use our inspection report to address any potential issues before they impact the guest experience.
