Warranty
All SCORELINK products benefit from an initial, hassle-free 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
We commit to repairing any and all material defects, software irregularities, or issues relating to manufacturing error for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
This warranty does not extend to any issues resulting from vandalism, damage, neglect, or normal wear & tear.
Warranty repairs may take the form of a replacement item, a repair, or the issuance of a replacement spare part as required. In the first instance, we may direct you to our online troubleshooting and maintenance guides. The warranty agreement does not guarantee a replacement new item where a repair or the issuance of a spare part is sufficient to resolve the defect. If the equipment is found to have been neglected, rather than damaged, this may also invalidate your warranty. To avoid this, please ensure all equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained as advised at the point of purchase.
All warranty claims must be raised through our online ticketing system, and must be supported by photos/videos of the faulty item. All claims will be completed within a reasonable time period. Your claim will be rejected if you do not supply photos/videos of the issue.
If your 12-month manufacturer's warranty has lapsed, we encourage you to explore our extended warranty program for ongoing support and maintenance options.
Returns Policy
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of payment for any reason and without justification. Please note this does not apply to any 'made-to-order' products, which are all non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you've made a mistake and wish to swap your item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note this does not apply to any 'made-to-order' products, which are all non-returnable.
Faults
Although rare, it is possible that a product arrives damaged or faulty. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact us outside the 14-day period, your item will not qualify for a refund or return. If you have damaged an item by trying to repair it yourself, or by getting someone else to do it, your item will not qualify for a refund or return. If you have damaged an item by tampering with it, your item will not qualify for a refund or return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom or made-to-order products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Returning an Item
To start a return, you can contact us at support@scorelink.io. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Victoria Building, Lerret Road, Portland, Dorset, DT5 1GB, United Kingdom.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
