You can arrange a product repair by generating a service ticket. Once you've submitted the ticket, our support team will review your issue and respond as soon as possible.
If your item is outside the warranty period, you can still generate a service ticket and we'll give you options to have the item repaired or replaced for a fee. Alternatively, we encourage you to explore our extended warranty program for free ongoing support and maintenance.
